Each factory has its work force and its budget, that comprises revenue and expenditure.
Even the Red Theater - Performing Arts Factory has its "workers" and its budget, but the latter has no written form and it’s not composed of revenue or cash outflow, but entries and exits of energy and emotions.
The workforce of the Factory are the artists and the workers of the Factory, that provide artistic performances, photographs, videos, text contents, web activities, printings, other organizational activities; in exchange they receive artistic promotion, emotions, a meeting and inspiration place.
So the Factory lives thanks to "Credits" provided and received by workers and artists present in this section.
It’s a matter of exchange and the budget is always written only in souls.

ALESSANDRO MOMBELLI
Photographer
Alessandro Mombelli was born in Brescia in 1979. In 2005 he graduated in Political Science, cultivating the interest in art. Since 2003, he gets prizes and awards. In the same period, he matures experiences abroad in Granada and Berlin. In 2010 he obtained a Master in Photography and Visual Design. Since 2010 he participates in the photographic workshop "Valona 2010", he takes part in the exhibition “In/Temporanea”, at the 2010-2012 edition of the Mountain Photo Festival and at the exhibition " L'arte non è cosa nostra”. From 2006 to today he collaborates with different realities as a freelance photographer.

ENRICO RANZANICI

Enrico Ranzanici is born March 13, 1980 and after some years he delineated his way holding pencils and markers. He carries on this game during the endless hours of mathematics, meanwhile he approaches - with playful spirit - also the words with which creates verses and stories. The encounter with the audio-visual’s world occurs around the age of twenty when he discovers the potential of the medium that leads him to experiment in different directions and to develop a path between documentaries, corporate films, short films and installations.

FRANCESCO CRESCINI

Francesco Crescini was born in Brescia in 1980. Since childhood, he cultivates love and interest for art, devoting his time to painting, sculpture and graphics. In 2005, he graduated in Economics and Business with the intention of pursuing another passion: marketing and communications. In the same year combines the love for creativity at the academy founding an agency specialized in consulting, design, production of cross-media infotainment services, original formats, mobile, website, E-commerce and integrated communication products.

BELLI EMANUELE
Art Director
Founder of RedTheater project, he has always cultivated the passion for music, writing and poetry - with mixed success. He has carried out the activity of farmer for his own use, wayfarer in distant lands, writer, aspiring musician and entrepreneur. The RedTheater project represents both a long desired arrival point and a new starting point.

ANDREA TORTELLI

Since 2007 he is a professional journalist. He has collaborated with publishing houses, press offices, local newspapers and several national magazines. He was editor of the publishing group E Polis from its birth until 2010, focusing mainly on local and political news. Then he oversaw the design of an online local newspaper (BsNews.it), of which in 2016 he’s been editor and publisher. He has published three collections of poetry and a novel. As internet lover, he manages several web sites and communities on social media - among these - the largest Italian community of online journalists and the “Giornalisti italiani” Facebook group with more than 18.000 subscribers.

PAOLO MANTINI

Paolo Mantini is a musician, poli-intrumentalist and music producer. He has a degree in double bass from the Conservatory of Brescia (Italy), and a professional certificate in electronic music composition from Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA). He is owner of Ogopogo Records.He has an extensive network of professionals in the music industry worldwide.

LUIGI MAZZOCCHI

Luigi Mazzocchi was born in1987. He addresses the Violin, Composition and Conducting Studies at the Conservatory of Brescia, his hometown. Parallel he attends the Conducting course at the Accademia Musicale Pescarese, at the Accademia Italiana per la Direzione d’Orchestra of Faenza and at the Italian Conducting Academy of the Milano Music Masterschool. He owes its formation to the Master Conductor Gilberto Serembe. In 2015 he attends the course of advanced specialization in conducting at the prestigious Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena. He is one of the founders of the Ensemble "L.Marenzio", in which he covered the role of concertmaster and director for 2 years. In recent years he was the assistant of conductors Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli for the symphonic repertoire, Roberto Tolomelli and Corrado Rovaris. Multifaceted artist, he has repeatedly extended his expertise also to the theaters, acting in contemporary original shows. From 2016 he is actively involved in Clockbeats project.
